2 Following a full éeouseiin of the recommendations of the
Basketball Rules Committee regarding the vroerating of tournament receipts,
it was voted to amend the Executive Regulations as follows: |

Section 4 of Division II of ‘the Executive Regulations was
amended to reads

follows: |

(1) To pay the expenses a conduoting and promoting the

(2) Ten pereent of the net receipts (after dbtetting

the expenses specified in Subdivision 1) shall be:
paid to the general fund of the Association,

(3) The balance of net receipts, up to the amount of the
traveling expenses of competitors, may be prorated among
the competing institutions, Such traveling expenses shall
be limited to first vlass railroad fare and standard (lower

- berth) pullman, with no coverage for hotel bills, meals
and other expenses. In the case of track and field —
championships the prorating for payment of traveling
expenses shall be limited to point winners in the meets |

(4) Any balance of net receipts (after deduction of the items
Treasurer of the’ Association and distributed by him as
- follows:

&o To repay to the genie fuad of the Association the
amount of any deficit incurred in previous years in
the sport involved.
