Al Randall, 2 6-7 center, weighing 210 pounds, is one of the out-
standing sophomore prospects on Coach Browne's squad. Won all state honors
and was a member of the Nebraska high school championship Omaha South squad

in 1936-37.

Grant Thomas, a Kearney, Nebraska product, won a major letter his
sophomore year at a forward position. He is a junior this year and should be
a valuable member of the squad. Won all state recognition at Kearney high.
President of the junior class.

Harry Pitcaithley, Lincoln, played on the great Jackson high teams
of a few seasons back. Had one season at Kearney State college. Is being
groomed for a guard assignment. Good floor man and excellent shot.

Don Fitz another ex-Jackson player with a bright future. Stands
6-4 and is an excellent shot. Won all state honors in 1936-37 season.

Bruce Duncan won a B team award last season and has hopes of gaining
a varsity berth this year. He is @ junior and comes from Broken Bow, Nebraska.

Leonard Van Buskirk came to Nebraska from Worland, Wyoming and is
considered one of the best sophomore prospects on the Husker squad. He
stands 5-11, weighs 168 pounds and is 18 years old.

Bob Therien, former Bethany high player, earned a B team letter his
first season at Nebraska. He was a member of the Class B champion Bethany
Squad of 1936-37. He stands 6-45 and is a center.

Mex Hulbert played his prep school basketball at Havelock high school
in Lincoln. Won Greater Lincoln loop honors at a guard position. Hulbert

holds a B team letter. He is a junior,
