It is a regrettable fact that ow budget is so
limited thet we are unable to even compare with the high
schools from which our students come. Ou limited facilities
makes it difficult for us to properly train teachers to @
out to these high schools.

I appreciate your writing me, and our hope is that —
some time in the future this department will be as thoroughly
equipped as any school in the state. :
