Dear Pre Elbols

| I think there are cortain courses, Such as
archery end golf, where there is a definite expense
attached, for which a laboratory fee should be chargede

I am of the opinion that if we buy balls
for golf end targets and arrows for erchery that a 4
fee should be attached because this equipment is expensives
Dutch Uhrlaub in teaching golf used 300 golf balise —
I believe if we are going to allow students to use
this equipment they should help bear the expenses

i would suggest that you talk to Burt DeGroot
and Wiss Stapleton and get their opinions as to what
laboratory fee should be chargedg and let me mows
I should like to make this féc arrangement a policy
