FIELD TRIPS = Required

Proposed recamendation; "In cpnnection with certain major courses
in Physical Education we recomend from one to two field trips, such
trips to be considered as a regular part of a course."

Juniors and Seniors? Two trips?

GRADUATE WORK = The following prerequisites for work on the combined degree in
Education and Physical Education have been approved by the Graduate
School and the School of Education:

. Human or Comparative Anatomy, 3 hrs.
Physiology, 3 hrse
Physical Education, 10 hrse

This equiaxed 20 hours in physical education may be replaced by 2 years
of practical experience in coaching or in conducting physical education
work in schools or other formal organizations. It is understood that 2
seasons of intercollegiate athletic canpetition may count as one year
of the work in applied physical educations ;

The prerequisites for all courses in physical education numbered 100
or 200 shall be 10 hours of physical education. For 300 courses, the

sites shall be an additional 5 hours of work in physical
education, (This also has the approval of the College.)

 

SPRING SEMESTER SCHEDULE - Two changes have been necessary:

#86. Hist. & Prin. of Physical Education will be offered at 8:50 MIF
Cinstead of 1:50 as in the printed schedule. )

#100. Dee will be offered at 10:30 MF
