Last December I received a telegram from Bro.
Forrest C. Allen about refurnishing the chapter hotise. Naturally
I wished information for the need of money from the akumni for
that purpose, since generally those who wear out property should
_Yeplace and repair it. Therefore I made inquiry of Fraternity
