ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT

 

We, the heirs of Robert Franklin Milton, in order to

give effect to nis expressed wishes hereby, agree to the

following distribution of said Robert Franklin Milton's

__ Properties, both real and personal. It is expressly unier-

stood and agreed that each of the heirs heretofore named _

accept the terms of this agreement _in contrdiction to any

| right, either real or claimed, to which they are entitled
