I wish to state that as per yee instructions we mailed this to
Mrs. Gladys Forbes on the 3rd of September. I am sending you her

without all this difficulty? When we endeavor to pay sur taxes
we are told to see someone else, then when they become delinquent
we have no ity in receiving the information. Since you are —

the taxes to Mrs. Forbes?

We are irked at times by such procedure. I shall appreciate your
