April, 1923 - Founder of Kansas Rolays (first annual Kansas Relays)

1923 - Appointed head of Department of Physical Education and Athletics
(designated now as Director of Physical Bducation)

1924 = Established two-year minor course in Physical Nducation for teachers
and coaches.

1928 = Founder of National Associstion of Basketball Coaches of the United
States, serving as president for first two years, 1928 aud 1929,
