Dear "Phog"';
You have been named on a committee to help plan an all Masonic

party to be held at the Armory building early in October. The purpose
of the party is to provide a social evening for all Masons and Star
members in Lawrence and surrounding towns. The Scottish rite is paying the
bills and we have money to spend in providing and evening of cards,
entertainment, dancing and refreshments. It is up to us to plan a sucessful
party. Every member on the committee has been carefully chosen because
he is a worker.

The committee will meet Friday evening, Sept. 12,
at 7 o'clock, in the preparation room in the Masonic Temple. We can get

this meeting over in 30 minutes. Please be on time.

 

P.S.--1 am planning this so you will haye no thing to do untill the niece

of the party so lack of time will not desis you off the committee. Ed.
