and signed their papers. As soon as the abstract of
title is returned, certified to date, we will be ready
to take up your note.

It will simplify matters if you will send me the deed
of trust and note, assigned in blank, with a statement
of the exact balance due you. If you don't want to
send them direct to me you can forward the papers to
the Security Bank of this city with instructions to de-
liver the note and deed of trust to me on payment of
the required amount.
