Wow, I'll bet you say, “The old gentleman is getting smart in his old age; but remember, tomorrow is my birthday so I have got to feel young and frisky because I am 57. : Bobby, I thought that I would write you a short note and let you know that I em always delighted to read your letters that come regularly Tuesday morning. We are practicing four nights a week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Our schedule is pretty long and arduous. I will send you the personnel of the outfit pretiy soon. The way it shapes up now it _ looks as if Bill Brill will pley guard with Ray Evans, and will play forward with Charlie Black, and John Bvescher will play quarterback Jean came down Sundey before last and we had a fine visit. She not be released until after Thanksgiving Day. wWe play the freshmen on the first of December. We were to play the Fort Leavenworth Reception Center, Ted O'Sullivan's outfit, but they called off all their games. The Pre-Flight School at Iowa City also cancelled all their games, so there will be some readjustments in our schedule. To get one game before ‘we play Jack Gardner's “Clippers”, we will play the freshmen here the night of December 1.
