8 c SCOPE of SERVICE The Bureau is here to serve you. Ask your questions freely and as often as you wish. There is no limit to the number of times you may con- sult the Bureau. Do not ask the Bureau to send you “all the information available’ dn the various subjects listed in your certificate. The primary service of the Bureau is to answer specific questions pertaining to these subjects and to advise con- cerning them. — | Do not ask for medical, legal or financial (invest- ment) advice. It cannot be given. Do not ask to have puzzles solved, or examina- _ tion papers answered. Do not ask to have a club paper written for you, or a complete debate: Tell us what your subject is, and we shall be glad to give advice, sugges- tions and an adequate list of books and articles dealing with your subject which you can consult. Tell us whether you have access to a- public library and what reference books you have. Do not hesitate to send in your questions for fear that they do not come within the scope of the Bureau’s service.
