At a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Commonyealth
Lavrence Theatre Corporation held at the office of the Company in
Lawrence, Kansas, on the 10th day of July, 1941, it was decided to
declare a dividend at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum upon
the unredeemed Preferred Stock of the Company; such dividends to be
computed from the date of January lst, 1941 to June 30th, 1941, in-
clusivee |
