as readily on a general proposition of heating the plant un
less you can with reasonable assurance guarantee that the
heating apparatus will be installed et such and such a date.
it is me thing to me a comtribution for heating equipment,
and an entirely different thing to mike a contribution for |
hesting at a certain times I think this is an important items

and if same individual could present that angle to these
