Section 10. Upon the death of a member of the fund, it shall he_
the duty of the SECRETARY-TREASURER to make a new call,
not exceeding $ 1.10 for each call so that at ail times
there will be a sufficient amount on hand to meet death
calls. :

Section 11. It shall be the duty of the Secretary-Treasurer to dro

from the rolls of membership all those who have not paid

the call within the time specified. <Any member dropped ~
may pe reinstated within 6u days by paying the amount of

the calls, and providing he is in good health. a

Section 12. All Officers of the Fund shall serve without compensa=
tion except the Secretary~Treasurer, who shall receive
for his services a sum not to exceed two per centum of
all monies paid out for benefits, which two per centum
shall be paid out of the contingent Fund, :

Section 13. The Executive Committee of this Fund reserve the right
to accept or reject any application for membersatp in

the Pund.

Section 14. Suspended, expelled or demitted members of Abdallah
Temple or members whose current dues are not paid shall
lose all rights and benefits in this Benefit Fund.

Section 15. The Annual Meeting of this Benefit Fund shall he held

- at 7:30 o'clock, F.M. on the third Monday oi Octeber of
each year, at such place as may be designaved by the —

Executive Gormittee, and it shall be the duty of the

Secretary-Treasurer to notify each member in good stand=

ing in the Fand at least ten days before such annual |

meeting.

Section 16. These By~Laws may be amended, altered or repealed at
any annual meeting of this Benefit Fund, upon two-thirds
majority of those present. However if at any time durin
the interval between Annual Meetings it is deemed necess
ary to alter, amend, or repeal any part of these by-laws

to be held for such purpose mus
