Your message of good wishes which reached us
at Oklahoma City yesterday is greatly appreciated by
the Kansas basketball team and myself. And we are
doubly appreciative of the spirit which prompted this
expression of loyalty.

The Sooners were too hot for us = they simply

overeshot our boys. But I am very proud of the wonderful
game that the Kansas team played.
