Please make your outline as brief as possible; preferably one typewritten page. For your convenience in making out your National Report, it has been suggested that you include in your outline this year, three questions to be ans- wered by the local chairmen end returned to. yous. This wiil give you a closer contact with your chairmen, and a better idea of what 1s being done in the units in your particular field. Please have your outline in the State Office no later than June 20. Appendix I of the minutes of the Hut chinson Convention is the new State Chairman Pro- cedure, as adopted at the convention. A copy is included. Flease study this carefully oné file in your chairmen procedure books. We feel that you will find many helps in these new procedures.
