Write articles for the Kansas Parent-Teacner. These
will be requested when desired by en officer in charge
of this particular work.

V. Conduct conferences and round tabdles when called upon.
You will be asked to conduct a conference at the con-
vention at least once in three years.

VI. Keep informed on National and State procedures (manual,
Nationel and State Bylaws) and all informetion that
portains to your chairmanship.

VII. EXPENSE

{a) Keep an itemized expense account. This will-be
celled for befors the cnd of our fiscal year,
Merch 15.

(b) You will be allowed cxpense for:
1-Postage :
2-txvense(transportation, hotel and meals) when
called into a convention and Board Of Managers
Meetings.
3-When directed by the president to do a particul:r
piece of work.
