to sponsor any youth organization, or is
your community adequately supplied with
such groups?

ucational programs.

Your director hopes and expects each rural
unit to make "American Education Week" in
November one of the outstending programs of
the year. Our American people need to

know and appreciate more what the free,
public school systems of America are trying
to do for the youth, who will be expected
to defend democracy tomorrow.

Remember to have your Penny Parade for
Student Aid, and a Founder's Day program
too at appropriate times.
