MOTHERSINGERS Standing Rules January 6, 1937—June 26, 1942. Mothersingers to be allowed to sing on the Convention Program must be a par- ent-teacher member, must hold a regul- ar voting or visiting delegate’s card ($1.00) or a day’s visitor’s card (35c), must attend the convention at least one day, and must have rehearsed with the rest of the Mothersingers at the speci- fied time.
