The meeting of the Executive Committee of the Kansas Congress

of Parents and Teachers met in the Broadview Hotel, Emporia,
Kansas, April 13, 1943.

Those present were: Mrs. E. Ws. Emery, Mrs. W. 2. Loder, Mrs.
E. E.‘Miller, Mrs. Geo. Winters, Mrs. C. B.’ Sherwood, Mrs.‘Wm.
Downs, Mrs. Leroy Arnold, Mrs. Ben McCamant, W. T. Markham, and
Mrs. J. W. Oursler.

Mrs. E. W. Zmery, President, presided, The meeting was called
to order by the President.

A prayer was offered by Mrs. Winters.
The Secretary read the Call and the Agenéa was passed.
COMBINING CHAIRMEN

The list for Combination of chairmen was passed.

CONVENTION DUTIES

Duties of absentee Directors and Chairmen were assigned to the

The Pre-Convention meeting of the Board of Managers of the
Kansas Congress of Parents and Teachers was called to’order by
the President, Mrs. EH. W. Emery, at 9:00 P.M. Tuesday, April
13, 1943.
