The President appointed tirs, Arnold and Mr. Richards to approve
the Minutes of the Zxecutive Committee, Board of Managers and
the Convention.

COMMITTEE TO APPROVE BILLS

The President appointed Mrs. Winters and Mrs. Loder to check
bills presented at this convention.

CONVENTION RULES

Mrs. Loder presented the Convention Rules and on motion they
were to be recommended to the Convention Body for Approval.

Motion by Harry Dawdy to dispense with the Executive Committee:
reports previously given at Executive Committee meeting. (CARRIED)

EXECUTIVE COMMITTER RECOMMENDATION :

Motion by Harry Dawdy that Committee report for combining of
Chairmen be recommended to the Convention Body for approval.
(CARRIED) Mrs. Miller moved to recommend to the nominating

committee the 3 Members at large be the Editor of the Kansas
Parent-Teacher, Publicity Chairman, and the Past President.
