CARRIED ) Moved by Mrs. Oursler that party suggested for the 4th District Director be contacted and if she accepts, to be invited to the Convention. Those’ present were the same as last evenings meeting with Jess Vague, New Director of District 14. BUDGET COMMITTEE REPORT The Secretary, member of committee, passed and read the proposed budget for 1943-44. To be approved at the Post Board meeting. Resolution Committee report presented by Harry Dawdy. Motion by Mr. Richards to recommend to Convention body for adoption. (CARRIED) ELECTION OF ONE MEMBER TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR STUDENT AID FUND Mrs. Re -u. Seaton was re-elected as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Student Aid Fund. Motion by Mrs. Wright that the President be allowed to fill the vacancy of the 4th District Director. (CARRIED ) The Secretary read the Reports from the 5 State Colleges on the Loans made. é Mr. Jess Vague, new Director of District 14, was introduced. Mrs. Rust spoke on Nutrition.
