Motion by Jess Vague thet the Board of Managers be designated as
delegates for the National Election and the Chair be empowered

Secretary as a member of the Budget Committee asked for any
questions on proposed budget as presented at Pre-Board meeting.
Motion by Mrs. MceCamant to adopt the Budget, subject to changes
