for two #74 Parallel Bars and ane #62 Horizontal Bar, for
use in our required physical ining program for the ASTP.

In checking through paid and unpaid orders, our University
Business Office finds that this order has never been cleared.

We no longer have the ASTP unit at the University of Kansas,
and if this order is not now in the process of being filled we.
desire to cancel it. Our purchase order voucher number is 967.

I shall appreciate hearing from you at your convenience, so
that this matter may be straightened out at our Business Office.
