Dear Mra. Johnsons

Now that Douglas County Red Cross War Fund Drive for
1944 has gone over the top, it is fitting that we should
thank you for your most generous contribution in heading
up the Budora committee. You and lirs. Rethberger did a
wonderful job, and we greatly appreciate the part that you
piayed in putting Douglas County over the top.

Of course, we will go on to the point where we will
give avery adult individual an opportunity to make their |
special contribution. This should enable Douglas County
to still bute a sizeable sum. I want you to know
that your work is deeply appreciated, and Budora and Douglas
County owe mich to such individuals as you.
