Dear Phogs:

I am leaving in the morning and the Elk's thing
is not lined up. Have asked Ship Winter, to
carry on, also Bill Underwood, who is one of

the three trustees and very liberal but I fear
he thinks $500.00 possibly is a little heavy.
Had Bill and Jack together. They have agreed

on $300.00 but I still think if is very probable
they will contribute $500.00.

Sorry it is not established before I go but
wanted to let you know.
