It is our understanding that the Douglas County Chapter will arrange to forward the proper amount to each county chapter as indicated on the list furnished, There is also attached in dplicate a list of the individual con- tributions to the various county Red Cross Chapters. One copy of each county list may be forwarded by you to the particular county chapter with the payment for that county. That will enable each county to have complete information concerning the identity of doners to that county.
