Dear Dr. Allen:

in accordance with arrangements made with you earlier, we are en-
closing payment of Red Cross contributions made by employees of

this plant during the Red Cross Drive. ‘he total Payment amounts

to $5355.37 and consists of Hercules Powder Company check, No. 39787,
for $5201.00, United States Postal Money Order 807155 for $75.37,

and eight personal checks from employees totaling $79.00. ‘The

total contributiong of $5355.37 is detailed for the respective
counties on the attached list.

It is our understanding that the Douglas County Chapter will arrange
to forward the proper amount to each county chapter as indicated on
the list furnished,

There is also attached in dplicate a list of the individual con-
tributions to the various county Red Cross Chapters. One copy of
each county list may be forwarded by you to the particular county
chapter with the payment for that county. That will enable each
county to have complete information concerning the identity of
doners to that county.

We appreciate very much your handling the distribution of funds to
the several county chapters involved.
