Dear Dr. Allen:

I just had a letter from Pat Rooney, Field Representative
of National Recreation Association, telling about the training
institute May 16 to 20 in your city. There is a possibility
that some of the people from our staff could attend for a day
or more, or perhaps just a session. I wonder if you could send
us some information on the details such as registration fee,
time of day the school begins, how long it lasts, and something
about the program,
