Dear Mr. Allen:

I would like to impose on you again for
a letter of recommendation. As you know I
have been in the Navy since March 12, 1942 as
a Chief Specialist in the Physical Fitness
program. At the present time I have been re-
commended for a commission by the commanding
efficer.

The letter should deal with moral, mental
and professional qualifications, home back
ground, etc. It should be addressed to "Whom
it may Concern."
