Dear Mr. Chadwick,

Miss Melba Schilling has been employed by the department of
physical education here at the University for a term of 9

months at a salary of $1300.00 per year.

At the present time, Miss Schilling is giving fine satisfaction
and as far as we know she will be with us next year. However,

it is the policy of the University to employ instructors for just
a 9 months term, renewing their appointment every year.
