I have made application to the United States
Naval Reserve for a Commission. Naturally my work will
be in the field of athletics.

Since I have been in the "business" of being
a Sports Official I have had the pleasure of being an
official in games played by your team.

I ask you the favor of writing a letter "To
Whom It May Concern" about my ability to handle situations
arising on the football field or basketball court. Please

convenience.
