i saw Dean Smith at Rotary Club and he stated you wore
satisfactory so far as your grades wore concerned and he wuld
be glad to help you out. He said thet he was mailing the letter
to you at your address. i hope that the letter is forthcoming,
and if it has not arrived from Deen Smith it will arrive in a
very short while.

t am writing a letter of recommendation identically the
same ag I wrote to Officer Sullivan, of the U. 5. Marine Corps.
