I am very happy to write you nr ds Richerd Wells, a grad-
uate of the University of Kansas.

He is a young man who made an outstanding success in athletics
and other positions of leadership here on Mt. Oread. I have been out
of town much of lete and I am sorry my letter has been delayed.

In making the examination of lir. Wells’ character, personality,
end ability, I am happy to remark:

1. Personality and ability to deal with people: Digk Wells hes
a charming personality and has been exceptionally able to
make fast friends and to — people with his sincerity

of purpose.

business and social integrity are unquestioned. He has
been a stickler for getting the job done.

in college athletics hes given him an enthusiasm and inspi-
ration thet makes for leadership and success. He has much

who played on the football and basketball teams must have
adaptability and spirit of cooperation in order to succeed.
