Thanks, Smitty --- I'd just like to tell you fellows that tho Jayhowkers
have won 12 out of 16 Missouri Valley and Big Six championships <-- that
they've taken 21 championships in 26 years, and I'd like to introtice the
man who's back of it all. A man who's coached for 31 years --- the longest
period of service of any basketball coach -- Doctor "Phog" Allen.
