Pobrimry 4e I think we surprised a lot of our brothers in Wichita
when I placed a Big-Six team in your home towme No one was
expecting it, and most of the people had cut me out so much that
they thought I had developed horns, so it was a pleasant thing to me
to see so many people hopped up about it, I thought we would follow
our policy of playing smaller schools over the State, and since wo
had been in \ichita in a favorable enviromment, I thought we might
oall again by playing the University of Wichita. Jack Copley had
more to do with it than anyone else, because he has been a booster
and we always line up ourselves with men who boost.

Tuesday to visit our daughter and grandebitdren, and thon wo will
go to Chicago for an Neleiehe Beocutive Committees meeting on the
Gth and 7th of Soptembers ‘After that I expect to be in Lawrences
