Dear Dr. Allen:

I observe from the Sport Page that you were in Wichita and
had scheduled a game with the Wichita University this coming
seasone

I am indeed glad that this has been done. I have heard con-
siderable favorable comment. The series here last Winter
did a lot to create a friendly spirit toward the University
and I would like to see that sentiment continue and increase.

I am very sorry that you did not find time to at least call
me while here. I know, of course, you are busy and your
time limited but I do want very much for you to meet my
family and’see my set up at home. When you are again coming
to Wichita, if you will drop me a line or send me a wire,

I would be very happy to arrange a dinner or something to
suit your convenience.

If there is anything I can do now or iater in connection with
the game this Winter or anything else, please do not hesitate
to cal 1 upon me,
