Dear Dre Allen:

I notice a memorandum came in to Mr. Bayles!

office last week indicating $550.00 had been set aside for
improving the athletic field south of the University.
I have not looked up the estimate on this but presume
that was in line with the former estimate which I had
made, being on the basis of handling the work similar
to the east end of the field.

I think, however, I shall wait until your
return before trying to make any definite arrangements
about it and shall be glad if you would call me when you
return next weeke I shall assemble whatever information
I can on the project. You may reach me either at Mr. Bayles!
