ae too, am sorry that I missed you the after-
noon I called.

Although it is a matter that could better be
discussed verbally than by correspondence, I would have
taken up with you, the very unethical, as I view it,
selection of two officials for the final N.C.A.A. game,
and not one of them being an official from our area,

Had the two officials been selected from the
area of the competing teams, I wouldn't have a word
to say, but as President of the Mid-Western Officials
Associatign, I am heartily interested in the morale of
the men serve in your conference and I don't think
it did them any good not to have one of them selected.

If you care to advise your $7.50 a week clerk
how I feel about this, you may.

There has been no change in the baseball rules
since the 1940 book was published and we have not edited
a new book on Interpretations.

If you have worn out the 1940 book and the
Interpretations, please let me know and I will gladly
replenish your stock,
