Dear Dr. Allen;

I have your letter of July 2lst and note your question concerning
the facilities for the wives of the coaches and faculty members

at the "Y" Camp. I am very sorry that the limited facilities

make it impossible for us to provide accommodations for any of

the wives at the camp. However, there are very comfortable hotels
located in Boone and we will do our best to try and arrange some
sort of entertainment for the ladies during their stay in Boone.

 

 

I am writing to the other members of the faculty to ascertain
whether or not it will be possible for their wives to come with
them to the coaching school and in the event that they can, we
will arrange accommodations for them in Boone and also some en-
tertainment.

I'll give you more information in regard to this at a little
later date.

Our registrations are coming in in very fine shape and I'm sure
that We'll have a very large turnout for our school.
