VICE-PRESIDENT — HAMPSHIRE SWINE RECORD ASSOCIATION PROMOTING AMERICA’S FASTEST GROWING BREED PEORIA ILLINOIS OFFICE OF E. C. QUIGLEY, DIRECTOR ST. MARYS, KANSAS Nov. 17th, 1938. Dr. F.C.Allen, Deptt of Athletics, Univ. of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas. Dear Dr. Allen,- Ef’n is so much better to-day that I though I should tell you about it. He slept until 10:30, has no temperature and except for being very very weak seems more like he should. The trouhle with the elimination seems to have been overcome too and I am gre that was a contributing cause to his temperature yesterday. He walked to the bath room several times (against my better judgment) but was happy to find that his foot felt much better than it has at any time. I do believe, thanks to you, we are on the right track with that. Will let you hear from me later when he seems stronger and ready to perhaps have some more foot- treatments at your convenience. Very sincerely,
