Dear Doctor Allen:

I have your letter concerning the new pol-
icy of your department in furnishing ath-
letic equipment for organization picnics.

I wish to compliment you on this move for
I feel that it is a very worthy one.

The Band will be having a picnic or two dur-
ing the school year and we will notify you
in plenty of time regarding the equipment
we will need.
