Dear Elmer,

I enjoyed my visit with you this morning and my talk to the
students at your high achool. Thank you for helping us out.

Mel Bishop, the coach of Southwest High School in Kansas City,
‘Boe spoke to Frank Gage, an old Southwest player and a freshe
man on our basketball team concerning the possibility of
scheduling a pre-season game with your Lawrence Nigh School team
here in Lawrence. If you're interested won't you write Mel
Bishop or call him up? I believe it will make a nice contest.

_ Jask Ballard and Charles Black on the Varsity and Frank Gage on
the freshman team are all Southwest players so they want to see
their high sehool in action if possible.
