Dear Dean Stouffer:

I am sending you the two Kiplinger Letters
that I mentioned in our conversation on the train Sunday
morning regarding what Uncle Sam is doing in the wey of
the future unemployment situation and depression. I be-
believe that the Americen Association of University
Presidents should also be looking ahead.

If you want to pass these Letters on to the
Chancellor before returning then, that will be fines
