Dear Mr. Straits

I am sorry that I have been somewhat delayed
in writing you. We have just learned that Mr. Henry |
will be with us this next year to take the place of Mr. Bert
wich who left to supervise Physical Education in the Flying

heise on the Coast.

We had hoped to procure “anaither teacher to take the
plans of Mr. James Raport but our budget committee has made a
cut for next year and I'm very sure that we will not have the
necessary funds to interest you in the second position.

. However, I do thank you for your kindess in dropping
by for a visit and we hope that sometime in the future, we will |
have something that will interest you.

i trust your tonsilectomy will be successful. And,
my added wishes that your wheat crop proves out all that you had
