Dear Laurettas:

Albert Ward, Jr. will contact you tomorrow
afternoon at 3:30 or 4 and if there is anything
that he may do to help you in your plans in
arranging for the boys to have one of the courts
and the basketball, he will be very glad to do so.

The Seneca men students in the University
will meet the boys at the gym and be with them
while they are on the campus.

Glen Archer, Secretary to Governor Ratner,
will come over with me after 5. Earl will
probably wish to give the tickets to the boys
at the door just before they enter the court.

I think that would be the best idea. Thanks
