Dear Dr. Allen;

Miss McCullough,President of the Kansas Health

and Physical Education Association, has asked me to organize a
"Panel Discussion Board" for the State Convention to be held at
Topeka, March 28-29. The Panel will function at the General Session
On Saturday, at 10;50 A.M.

The Board will be composed of representatives from

each of the following sections; Public Schools(one man and one
woman) ‘Men's Athletics, Men's Physical Education, Women's Athletics
and Women's Physical Education -six in all.

I should like very much to have you represent the

"Men's Athletic Section" on the Panel,

My plan is to ask each representative to prepare a

three-minute talk, bringing out two or more problems in his field -
something that will stimulate questions or discussion from the floor.
The questions will be answered by the bogwzd members.

I hope you will find it possible to accept -I know

you can think of many good topics. May I have your reply as soon as
possible so that I may send the list to Miss McCullough?
