My dear Dre Allen:

I noted with a great deal of interest the comments which The
New York Times recently carried on your talk given in New York City
in respect to basketball for Junior and Senior High School youngsterse

Are you by any chance planning to attend the National Convention
of the American Association for Health, Physical Education and Rec=
reation at Atlantic City this spring from April 50 = May 3? If so
would you be willing to appear on the program of the Men's Athletic
Section on Thursday afternoon, May 1 between 2:00-4:00 o'clock with
a twenty-five minute paper covering this important and timely topic
as it concerns Junior and Senior High School beys? Or should you
plan to be present at Atlantic City and agree to speak on this pro=
gram, whet would be the subject of your talk should you not care to
talk on this one subject?

I would appreciate very much having an early reply from you
regarding the above mentioned matter.
