MeQook, and after my demise as Athletic Director the pleture was taken upstairs. I desire to have the Men's Stuent Council take vengnisance of ir. pok's gift of McCook Field to the University. I have also asked that his picture be put in a conspleuous place in the Union Building, perhaps the trophy case. : ZI am writing you for some informtion that I would like to pas@ on to them. How much did John J. McCook give to the University in the way of land or money? And in what year? What year was McCook Field built, and was the baseball and football grandstand a part of the gift?
